The hotel is conveniently located near a highway exit and bus stops, allowing for easy transportation to nearby areas. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with any requests. the hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool and convenience store, offer convenience and comfort to guests.
The breakfast menu is limited and could use more variety to cater to different preferences.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was really surprised by the beautiful and spacious rooms. The amenities provided, such as the kitchenette and washer/dryer, made my stay convenient and comfortable. the location was a major advantage as it offered easy access to public transport and was close to Orchard Road, making it convenient for exploring the city.
One aspect that could be improved upon was the ventilation in the rooms.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect - close to bus stops that took you to nearby shopping areas like Bugis. The hotel room had everything we needed and more - ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a bathtub! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and outdoor BBQ facilities. we had an amazing time and we would recommend this place to family and friends.

Conveniently located near food market, mart, and bus stop. Rooms are spacious, with washer/dryer and toiletries provided. Gym and pool available for use. Staff provide friendly service and offer late checkout when possible. Nice view from top floors.

The cleanliness of the room was fantastic and the hotel facilities were great. Transportation was easy with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was also located in a great neighbourhood with plenty of local eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. This made it easy to grab breakfast in the morning or cook a meal in the evening.

I loved the modern and stylish design of the service apartment. The swimming pool area was clean and relaxing. Although it was a bit far from the city, the buses right outside the apartment made transportation easy. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests! I highly recommend this hotel.
